4. Payment / Fee

6. Failover Period
We reserve the right to re-attempt failed recurring transactions anywhere from 1 to 60 days from the date of failure, for less than or equal to the same amount of the original transaction. Your access during the failover period may be limited and will be restored once all dues have been collected.

7. Electronic Receipt
